| Last April, Melissa Thomas collaborated with Liz Nettleton to produce the gold medal winning rooftop design "Reflections of a Desert Moon". Melissa's combined her skills in painting and indusrial metal sculpture to make the feature piece of the roof top design - Tear Drop. Her wrought iron and glass pieces, Tear Drop and Parisian Moon, were made specifically for the show. Tear Drop was designed as a mirror image of several moons while Parisian Moon was a table and chair setting with a "Paris Feel" featuring a romantic moon-shaped glass top. |
